Excellent Customer Service. I had an issue with notifications so I reached out to customer service through the app. Not only did I receive a response in less than 3 hrs, but the representative who emailed me back had taken care of my issue on their end without me even having to do anything. That's stellar in my opinion. I have had app issues in the past with other apps and usually you get a generic response telling you to make sure your app is updated to the latest version etc. Very pleased.

I am not much for gambling or scratch tickets because I lose alot! but once in a while I still like to give a try when I have a few extra dollars, and this app makes it so much easier and I have had some losses but I have won back my money almost every time! so I hope someday soon I can get that one that sets me up for life! or even a month would be great!

WARNING DO NOT PLAY LOTTO THIS APP! Today I purchase Take 5 midday and the numbers I chose I was suppose to win 3 numbers for 22.50 and the results never came up until my tickets change to evening ones n lost the money. I spoke to support about the issue and they falsely claimed that I chosed evening not midday with no evidence and I even have proof through paypal that I paid way ahead of time to get midday tickets. Their scammers dont trust. play lotto in person only.
